Spokane Windstorm

City of Spokane Wastewater Management Laborer II Chad Omoto works with a crew to clear branches near N. Garfield St. and E. Plateau Rd., a week after a major windstorm that resulted in the loss of power for an estimated 180,000 utility customers, in Spokane, Wash, Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015.
