Do you have a favorite for the brackets? The only Florida team in the top 25 is Miami (and I’ve never been a fan of any Miami team), so I need someone to root for!!

The tournament is going to be crazy this year. I don’t envy the selection committee or the professional bracketologists. I don’t see a favorite this year. It can be anybody’s tournament. As far as the state of Florida, take a look at Florida if you aren’t a Miami fan. They lost to Miami and FSU. They also lost to Texas A&M in conference, but they beat LSU. Florida still has two games against Kentucky and one against South Carolina. Plus, they have a rematch against LSU. Also, they have West Virginia at home. So, these guys don’t have an easy road ahead for them. If you want an underdog to root for, go with Monmouth. They are a good team, beating UCLA, USC and Notre Dame. They have a good chance to make the tournament out of the MAAC. Plus, they have the best bench celebrations ever.

Thanks – Seems it will be very interesting this year! Thanks for your help. I’m a football/baseball fan, but always watch for the March Madness to roll around!!
