Here’s a photo for the Inlander of Chad White, owner of Zona Blanca, a ceviche restaurant located inside brewery business incubator Steel Barrel, in Spokane, Wash. White, a Spokane native, competed in season 13 of Top Chef. He also owns restaurants in San Diego, Calif. and Tijuana, Mexico.
