The couple donates a majority of the harvest from their 17,000 square foot garden to the Northeast Washington (N.E.W) Hunger Coalition. https://www.inlander.com/spokane/sharing-the-bounty/Content?oid=5271964

The bees have been scouting my lavender plant for about a week. Now that the flowers are starting to open, they’re collecting nectar and pollinating.
