Shrimp and broccoli for dinner. The shrimp is cooked with broccoli, shrimp stock, an onion, Anaheim pepper, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, paprika, chili powder, rice vinegar, salt and pepper. The dish is then finished with a corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce.
